Rationale for revision
ieee8021SpanningTreePortPathCost has MAX-ACCESS of read-write and it is described as a writable object in 17.4.3. On the other hand, the DESCRIPTION of ieee8021SpanningTreeRstpPortAdminPathCost says "...This complements the object ieee8021SpanningTreePortPathCost, which returns the operational value of the path cost..." If ieee8021SpanningTreePortPathCost is operational it should not be writable.
Proposed text
1. Change the MAX-ACCESS of ieee8021SpanningTreePortPathCost to read-only. 2. Substitute ieee8021SpanningTreeRstpPortAdminPathCost for ieee8021SpanningTreePortPathCost in the list of writable objects, in 17.4.3
