Rationale for revision
The MAX-ACCESS of ieee8021XPaePortAuthenticatorEnable and ieee8021XPaePortSupplicantEnable is read-only. Their descriptions state that they are read-only if their corresponding capabilities bits are off. However, they need to be read-write (like the rest of the enable/disable objects in the same table) in case their capabilities bits are on, since they are used for enabling or disabling the authenticator and the supplicant roles.
