Rationale for revision
The description of ieee8021XAuthPaeReAuthEnabled says it should always return ‘false’. This object is used to enable and disable periodic reauthentication, but if it is always ‘false’, how can a manager know if periodic reauthentication is enabled or disabled?

Omit the requirement to always return ‘false’:
