Clause title:D-component creation
Rationale for revision
Subclause 17.5.2.1 covers creation of a D-component.  However there is no such thing as a D-component
defined or described in the standard.  Instead there is a MAC Bridge component (5.13) and a MAC Bridge (5.14). 

Subclause 17.5.3.1 explains how to create ports of type dBridgeComponent on D-components.
Proposed text
Change 17.5.2.1 to talk about MAC Bridge component instead of D-component.  Change 17.5.3.1 similarly,
changing "IEEE 802.1D Bridges" to "MAC Bridges".  Retain the dBridgeComponent term.
