Rationale for revision
The DESCRIPTION section of the ECMP MIB module is not complete. It just says "802.1 ECMP MIB". It lacks the usual text to describe what the module is for and omits the copyright, reference info and legal notices.
Proposed text
Replace the DESCRIPTION (line 41, page 1095 of 802.1Q-Rev), with "MIB Module for managing
systems that provide 802.1Q Equal Cost Multiple Paths.
Unless otherwise indicated, the references in this MIB
module are to IEEE Std 802.1Q.
