- Enhancements for scheduled traffic (P802.1Qbv)
- Frame preemption (P802.1Qbu)

Add new items bb) and bc) directly after existing item ba) :
bb) Defines enhancements for scheduled traffic to allow transmissions scheduled relative to a known timescale
bc) Defines frame preemption to interrupt transmission of preemptable frames by express frames
