Rationale for revision
Code for MatchRecoveryAlgorithm at bottom of page has an
extraneous semicolon after sequence_number in the first if()
statement.

Remove semicolon which will change the code to:
"if (sequence_number == frerSeqRcvyInvalidSequenceValue) {"
