Clause title:YANG Data Model
Rationale for revision
Remove clauses 48.4.* and 48.5, renumber subsequent clauses. Clause 48.5 provides mapping tables between managed objects (clause 12 of IEEE Std 802.1Q-2018) and YANG nodes. The information presented in these tables is redundant with the information provided in the YANG files themselves. The tables are created manually, which is error prone and can be avoided. Clauses 48.4.* subdivides the YANG modules for the tables found in 48.5. No information is added here, it is a layer of indirection that can be avoided. Further, several references in 48.4.* appear inconsistent. This request also applies for the new structure for clause 48 (cmp. http://www.ieee802.org/1/files/public/docs2019/cr-specht-d1-0-comment101-cl48preview-0619-v02.pdf). In this new structure, the request is to remove clause 48.5.

Remove the indicated clauses, renumber subsequent clauses.
Impact on existing networks
None - the YANG modules/files themselves remain unchanged.
