The options for MAC-specific timing and synchronization methods for full-duplex IEEE 802.3 links (5.5) do not include support of the Common Mean Link Delay Service (CMLDS).

Add an item 5.5 i) Support the Common Mean Link Delay Service (CMLDS), as specified in 11.2.17 and 11.2.18.
