Rationale for revision
Text "Each of the Talker’s offsets is specified at the point when the
message timestamp point of the first frame of the Stream passes...":
It should be the first frame per stream per interval, not just the
first frame of the entire stream.
Same issue in the description of leaf earliest-transmit-offset in YANG
as shown on page 184.
Proposed text
Change "first frame of the Stream" to "first frame of the Stream in an
Interval" at both aforementioned locations; it may be "interval"
(lower case) instead of "Interval".
