Requested revision
Standard:IEEE 802.1AS-2020Clause:10.4.3.2.2, 11.2.21.3.2, 10.3.17.2.2, 10.3.18.2.2
Clause title:<xxx>IntervalSetting state machine
Rationale for revision
The comment in the <if> within the <else> statement of the pseudocode for the computeLog<xxxx>MessageInterval is wrong. The comment reads: // Return the fasted supported rate, even if faster than the requested rate Larger values for the log<xxx>Interval mean slower rates. This is irritating when trying to understand the algorithm.
Proposed text
// Return the **slowest** supported rate, even if faster than the requested rate
