Rationale for revision
YANG data type definitions scaled-ns, uscaled-ns and float64 are effectively represented by memory Dumps that can be are ambiguous and, especially in case of float64, hard to handle from a user perspective. It is assumed that the aforesaid YANG type definitions in IEEE Std 802.1ASdn (to be published) will not differ in a statisfactory mannar compared to P802.1ASdn/D2.2.
