c) INITIATE_REQUEST_WAIT_CONFIRM_OR_SAVE INFO to SAVE_CONFIRM_INFO state
d) INITIALIZING to the INITIATE_REQUEST_WAIT_CONFIRM_OR_SAVE_INFO state
e) INITIATE_REQUEST_WAIT_CONFIRM_OR_SAVE_INFO state to itself

Make the changes to the state transition conditions given in slides 20 - 24 of the above presentation.
Impact on existing networks
Since this fixes several errors, which would need to be fixed in any implementation, it will have no impact on existing networks.
