A wrong description in the node ieee-dot1q-bridge/bridges/bridge/filtering-database/filtering-entry is misleading if someone tries to understand the YANG module reading the descriptions

Change the description from "Information for the entries associated with the Permanent Database." to "Information for the entries associated with the Filtering Database."
Impact on existing networks
The change is backward compatible.
