The specification for the CSN TLV seems incorrect and should be improved.

neighborRateRatio offset 14, octets 4
meanLinkDelay offset 26, octets 12
The offset 14 of neighborRateRatio seems incorrect and should be 22.
2)
16.5.3.2.2.3 lengthField (UInteger16) says
“The value of the length is 46”
For 2020 “domainNumber” was added and IMHO this should have been increased to 47.

Impact on existing networks
This is merely an errata and should not have any impact on networks.
