Rationale for revision
The specification for the CSN TLV seems incorrect and should be improved. 1) Table 16-1—CSN TLV: … rxTime offset 10, octets 12 neighborRateRatio offset 14, octets 4 meanLinkDelay offset 26, octets 12 The offset 14 of neighborRateRatio seems incorrect and should be 22. 2) 16.5.3.2.2.3 lengthField (UInteger16) says “The value of the length is 46” For 2020 “domainNumber” was added and IMHO this should have been increased to 47.
