2019-09-17 Sep 2019 Interim The original request has been updated to be more specific about the inconsistency in the PICs. 2020-09-22 22 Sep 2020 Interim Commenter discussed with editor the best approach for updating Q-Rev. The editor requested that the commenter create a ballot comment against Q-Rev that includes a pointer to a contribution that indicates the specific inconsistencies and proposed remedies. The contribution may be in the form of an update Annex A. Technical experts review
2021-02-16 16 Feb 2021 Concall The submitter has received the source files for Annex A and is working with the editor of Q-Rev to incorporate the changes into the next draft of Q-Rev. Technical experts review
2021-03-09 9 Mar 2021 Plenary The submitter has modified the source files for Annex A to make the status column and the conformance column consistent across all entries. The editor believes there are more ways to make the entire PICs consistent, but at the risk of making the document unstable. It is suggested that introductory text be added to explain the notation further and perhaps consider footnotes after tables that require additional clarification. It was agreed that the new maintenance item required to complete the superseding of 802.1D is higher priority and could have a large impact on the PICs in general. This maintenance item will be revisited after the maintenance item to supersede 802.1D is completed. Technical experts review
2021-04-13 4 May 2021 Interim Included in Q-Rev/d0.4. Further discussion may be appropriate as some of the changes could be more easily dealt with by adopting a consistent approach to skipping a PCS table if a feature had not be implemented. Balloting
