10.4.1.6 frerSeqRcvyHistoryLength, states the minimumvalue is 2.Second paragraph in 7.4.3.4 is based upon settingfrerSeqRcvyHistoryLength to the value 1 for IntermittentStreams, which violates 10.4.1.6. Note this paragraph alsostates that setting it greater than 1 is for Bulk Streams.
Either the second paragraph in 7.4.3.4 should be reworkedor 10.4.1.6 should say the minimum value is 1.
Note that 5.9(c) & LE4, 5.12(e) & RS5 all require a value >= 2.This is sensible since frerSeqRcvyHistoryLength is set by theuser and setting it to 1 is correct is some cases. Since thedefault value is 2 it seems logical to require compliancestatements that stipulate that the values >= 2 SHALL besupported. I don't believe that any of these requirementsstate that the value must always be >= 2, it only statesan implementation that only supports values < 2 are not
compliant.
