This request is essentially the same as request 0241. The proposed resolution to 0241 was to indicate that base recovery is responsible for the reset, however, the proposed resolution in this request is more specific. While 0241 is not incorrect, and has been processed in D0.3 of CBdb, it is suggested that we support the response here in 0261 and get it into another ballot cycle. There were not comments on the changes made due to 0241 in previous ballots of CBdb, but the group agreed to make these proposed changes in the next draft of CBdb. |
