This request actually has 4 sub-issues described within. Not all of the proposed resolutions were accepted or discussed enough in detail to allow the editor of CBdb to make appropriate changes. So, the proposed path forward is to ONLY address the first two issues of this request, and the remaining two issues will be re-submitted as a new maintenance request. The first two issues are to be included in the next draft of CBdb with the following adjustments to the proposed text:
Issue 1: Accept the changes, but do not make the final sentence a Note. Instead, just add the content of the note as a subsequent sentence and not as a note.
Issue 2: Go ahead and perform the removal of this text (using strike through). The Maintenance TG chair will directly contact the previous CB editor (Norm Finn) with a specific question and request to review this particular change.
